I’m always on the hunt for new recipes – anything I can get my hands on that tastes delicious! I found a recipe on skinnytaste.com that inspired me! I am super into Greek food, and really just all food in general!
Quesadilla made of:
1 Flatout wrap
4 oz. ground chicken with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and garlic powder
Mediterranean Feta Cheese Crumbles
Low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Dill sauce made of:
Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
Water to consistency
Cook the ground chicken in a pan until cooked all the way through. Assemble quesadilla (separate than dill sauce!) and cook in a pan, on a panini maker, or on a sandwich press. Mix dill sauce in separate cup and add to quesadilla.
